The Rules of the server

Creating an account on this server you're accepting its rules.

The highest staff - is Administrator, other words a person with the highest rang on the server. He has direct and indirect access to the server.
Higher staff - in this composition enter rangs like Banner, GameMaster and Senior GameMaster.
The staff of server - everyone which received a position higher that player, in their composition enter Tutors, Counsellors, Banners, GameMasters, Senior GameMasters and Administrator.

The names of characters:
1. The names of monsters or NPcs are forbidden because it makes it the work of the staff more difficult.
2. The name must be at least 4 characters long.
3. The names must start with a capital letter and every other part of character's nick must start with a capital letter.
4. The names can only contain letters. Numbers, punctuation marks etc. are forrbiden.

In most cases when a name will be wrong you will be told about it during creating you're characters so don't worry if you're name will contain forbidden marks.

I The names of characters and guilds:

1. The name cannot be offensive, vulgar and in any cases be meant wrong.
2. The names iwth more than 5 words are forbidden e.g Master Of Paul Of Dbl
3. The name should be original, do not copy or fake other players names
4. The name cannot be made of nonsensual letter combo, also the same letter should not be repeated more than 4 times in a row
5. The name cannot be named after a famous person e.g Ronaldo.
6. Forbidden are names, that can be mistaken with a person from the staff. It is not possible to have a name similar to people with a higher rang that player.
7. There are two cases in which your character name can be changed:
a) when you have a similar nick to someone and you didn't know about that person's existance.
b) when the highest staff will decide that your names is wrong and it was not a rule volation which has been done on purpose.

The name of your character is your ID and probably that's the way people will call you so remember that you should not be embarrass of your name, not being offensive to anyone and suit the game.
For volating rules relating names there is a punishment of getting a namelock or deleting character.

II Conversations

1. Offending other players or swearing - ban for 4 days.
2. Offending server's staff - ban for 5 days.
3. Saying the same thing in short spaces or spamming in other way - ban for 3 days.
4. Impeachmenting the rules - ban for 4 days.
5. Asking to do something against the rules - ban for 3 days.
6. Asking higher or The Highest staff for free items or for changing the race - ban for 4 days.
7. Cheating on other players - ban for 3 days.
8. Cheating on the server staff - ban for 6 days
9. Asking for free items non-stop although, the person we're asking has said no - ban for 4 days.
10. Report only serious things and bugs.
11. Offering for something in server and not reffering to the server is takes place on your own risk, in case of being cheated you need to be aware of the loos.
12. Non-observance the rules connected with Chats - ban for 2 days.
a) Trade - chat is used for declering your sale of purchase offers, you cannot make conversations there nor asking for help. In this chat, speak English only.
b) Help - chat where you can ask sensible questions reffering to the game, which the answer to them is unknown to you but you need it.
c) Saga - chat where you're looking for a team for saga missions but you cannot ask any questions about the missions.
d) Game - there you can talk with every other player about the game, you should not be asking questions which should be found in Help-Chat.
13. Talking about quests like: - ban for 2 days
a) Pilaff
b) Janemba Tower
c) Brolly necklace Quest
d) Selling tone items
e) Mistic turban
f) Quests with pick (e.g for the stone)
g) Supremer Shirt

On the server everyone has the duty to respect every other player. Also you must report any bugs you faced with. Every even the smallest insult will be punished.

III Programs

1. Using bots - ban for 20+ days.
2. Using programs that makes the game easier or do things in place of us - ban for 20+ days.
3. Playing more than one character at the same time - ban for 15 days.

Every single player have to play for themselves and the game should be fair so because of that it is forbidden to use any programs that make the game easier or will do things in place of us.

IV General

1. Using bugs or it's weaknesses - ban for 20+ days or character delete. Examples of bugs in the game:
- fast walking using ESC/RMB(PPM in Polish)
- blocking saga monsters with furniture or NPCs
- having a wish granted by Shenron when you didn't summoned him
2. Luring monsters to public places to kill other players - ban for 10 days.
3. Account trading or sharing it with someone - ban for 15 days.
4. Messing around on the server in the incoming ways:
a) Throwing items around. If we want to place items to make a screen shot(dump) with e.g an advance firstly, make sure that it doesn't bother anyone otherwise, we must face the consequences - ban for 3 days.
b) Pushing someone without a reason for for fun when someone doesn't want to - ban for 3 days.
c) Blocking respawns* without a reasonable reason - ban for 4 days.
d) Stealing loot** and killing other player's monsters*** - ban for 5 days.
*Training - we can block respawns until someone will ask us for leaving because he/she wants to exp there.
**Loots - stealing loot is considered when someone will importunately steal loot from monsters mostly killed by us. In case when a lot of people are attacking one monster from the start everyone has the same rights for its loot and everyone can fight for it.
***Monsters - the monster belongs the the person who attacked it previously. If the monster's owner doesn't want his monster to be killed because he's using it for training or levelling and the monster doesn't make any disturbing to other players e.g doesn't block any passages, then you should respect his will.
6. Hacking others - ban for 20 days or character delete.

Play on your own and try to help other players and try to not make their game difficult. Because of that keep your account for yourself and do not take away any other account. Any sings of vandalism and lack of culture will be panished.

V Rights

1. Everyone has the right to ask how much sensible questions that the answer to them are unknown to them and need it on Help-Chat as much they like.
2. You have the rights to use 2 fields on the race track for training Train Points skill
3. You have the rights to not observe your character for 5 minutes which is in protecting zone or in places that going to the protecting zone would be unprofitable e.g Time Room.
4. You have the rights for an unwanted mistake with the chats and apologize for it as fast as you can after sending the previous message in which case you will not get the punishment of breaking the rules considering the chats.
5. You have the rights to apologize for little swearing and vulgarisms to avoid the ban.
6. You have the rights to ask higher staff for help in important cases e.g bugs or getting stuck somewhere.
7. You have the right to report people who break the rules to higher staff or on forum in category of Black List. The topic must compatible with the forum rules and the rules of Black List.

The highest staff does not guarantee playing without laggs and crashes and doesn't have to give items or experience lost because of them. I reserve myself to change the rules as well as ban a player for how long as I like or unban without a reason, because if thing it's the right thing to do. Most of the bans for using bugs, offending and macro will bo on IP to get rid of vulgar and not co-oparerating with the rules people.

VI Posiotions on Server

Tutor - a person appointed by the highest staff, in most cases because of other players' suggestions
1. Duties:
- if he/she is sure that a given person has broken the rules and will report him/her to higher staff they can ban that person without checking the case, only in justifiabled doubts higher staff doesn't have to ban the given player. Tutor, which is making the report has to have an evidence, that the person which was reported by him/her broke the rules and is obliged to show it when higher staff will demand it.
- he has the duty to co-operate with the rules for players
- his main tasks are to answer other players' questions, as well as on Help-Chat and other conversations in game e.g private message.
- he/she must help other players, by his effects he should cheer people up to keep playing on the server and he/she should be an example for other players.
- in case of seeing someone who is breaking the rules by any player he/she has the duty to report it to a Banner or GameMaster in case when there won't be any reaction the matter must be reported straight to the highest staff.
- any bugs that he/she faced must be reported straight to the highest staff or by the command "/report text"
2. Rights and privileges:
- he/she carries the title of a Tutor
- red coulor of his messages on Help-Chat which differentiates him/her from other players
3. How to become a Tutor:
- answering other players' questions.
- have qualifying period of three months in the game.
- the person who wants to become a Tutor must not have had a ban before
- have at least level 50
- at least once support the server
- during a vote receive at least 70% votes for yes. (you can have voting when you fulfil the rest of conditions for being a Tutor and at least 4 people from the staff which will back your candidature. You need to proof it with screens.)
- have a good knowledge about the server.
- the candidature must be confirmed by the board of higher staff

In case when the highest staff will decide that a new Tutor is not needed then you can't become one.

Counsellor - a person appointed by the highest staff who was a good Tutor
1. Duties:
- he has the duty to co-operate with the rules for players
- his main tasks are to answer other players' questions, as well as on Help-Chat and other conversations in game e.g private message.
- he/she must help other players, by his effections he should cheer people up to keep playing on the server and he/she should be an example for other players.
- in case of seeing someone who is breaking the rules by any player he/she has the duty to report it to a Banner or GameMaster in case when there won't be any reaction the matter must be reported straight to the highest staff.
- any bugs that he/she faced must be reported straight to the highest staff or by the command "/report text"
- he helps other players, that is he/she shows good respawns and give informations about the game but he/she is not obliged to answer questions about the quests.
- in case of seeing someone who is breaking the rules he has the right to kick a player from the game by using the command "/kick nick"
2. Rights and privileges:
- if he/she is sure that a person is breaking the rules and will report it to higher staff then he/she can ban that player without cheacking, only in well-founded doubts about the situation then the higher staff does not have to ban the player.
- he/she carries the title of a Counsellor
- red coulor of his messages on Help-Chat which differentiates him/her from other players
- he/she can send messages to all players online at the same time (he/she can boardcast)
- enters to the game without waiting in the queue
- can kick players who were AFK more than 5 minutes by using the "/kick nick" command
3. How to become a Counsellor:
- have at least level 80
- fulfilling the duties of a Tutor
- can't receive a warning as a Tutor
- has to have a qualifying period of 2 months as a Tutor
- deserve it outsidly e.g graphics, scripts, bug reporting
- during a vote receive at least 75% votes for yes.
- by having qualifying period of a month of being a Tutor.
- needs to have a good opinion of others about him/her
- the candidature must be confirmed by the board of higher staff

In case when the highest staff will decide that a new Counsellor is not needed then you can't become one.

Banner - a person appointed by the highest staff which punish players in state of a ban for breaking the rules. In contrast to a Tutor and a Counsellor this is a separate, unviolable character.
1. Duties:
- he has the duty to co-operate with the rules for players
- in case of seeing someone who is breaking the rules by any player he/she has the duty to ban that player.
- any bugs that he/she faced must be reported straight to the highest staff or by the command "/report text"
- he can't help, disturb and in any case interfere in the playing of other players except of justifiabled banning, kicking and checking them.
- regularly checking players
2. Rights and privileges:
- he/she carries the title of a Banner
- red colour of his messages on Help-Chat and Game-Chat which differentiates him/her from other players
- he/she can send messages to all players online at the same time (he/she can boardcast)
- he/she can teleport and is unviolable by monsters
- he/she can receive 100 hours of promotion time for a chosen character each month.
- in a considerable rate decides on appointing a person for the position of a Tutor or Counsellor.
3. How to become a Banner:
- be backed and respected by other players.
- have at least level 100
- by having qualifying period of 2 months of being a Counsellor.
- can't receive a warning as a Counsellor
- during a vote receive at least 75% votes for yes.
- deserve it outsidly e.g sprites, scripts
- the candidature must be confirmed by the board of higher staff

GameMaster - a person appointed by the highest staff which punish players in state of a ban for breaking the rules. In contrast to a Tutor and a Counsellor this is a separate, unviolable character.

- he can't help, disturb and in any case interfere in the playing of other players except of banning, kicking and checking them.
2. Right and privileges:
- he/she carries the title of a GameMaster
- red colour of his messages on Help-Chat and Game-Chat which differentiates him/her from other players
- he/she can send messages to all players online at the same time (he/she can boardcast) in some ways
- he/she can teleport and is unviolable by monsters
- he/she can organize Competitions*, the prizes must by sponsored by the highest staff or other players.
- he/she can give back in the result of technical problems of the server if he/she will have the permission of the highest staff.
- he has the right to his special character**
3. How to become a Senior GameMaster:
- greatly deserve it outsidly, mainly scripts
- be backed and respected by other players.
- be backed by the highest staff.
- can't receive a warning as a GameMaster
- by having qualifying period of four months of being a GameMaster.
- during a vote receive at least 80% votes for yes.
- have a good knowledge about the server.
- the candidature must be confirmed by the board of higher staff

When the hightest staff will decide that he can justly advance the chosen person for any position.

For breaking the rules for player by the staff degradation is threaten. In case of not fulfilling duties or abusing power degradation will also occur or a hang-up.

Others:
1. The highest staff can fire or demote anyone from his/her position without giving the reason for it if he will decide it is the right thing to do so.
2. Anyone from the server staff have the right to quit which will be decided within 3 days, with that someone will not change his/her will.
3. It is not allowed to give an account which contains a character with a higher rang than player.
4. Power abuse by any of the server staff except the highest staff can end up firing instantly without the possibility for coming back.
5. Everyone has the right to go on a "vacation" up to 30 days, once in a year.
6. It is demanded from the server staff to the highest staff to be online at least 20 hours online a month. The exception is when they're on a "vacation".
7. For not performing their duties for a long period of time without a reason can end up being demoted or fired.
8. Tutors, Counsellors, Banners, GameMasters come under the highest staff and cannot be banned without deciding it witht he highest staff. Only in critical situations e.g hack, the higher staff is allowed to ban.

* Competitions -
a) Official:
if it is said that the highest staff will sponsor the prizes the competition must be prospective at least a week before. At least three people from the higher staff must take care of organizing including at least one GameMaster or Senior GameMaster. An official competition like this can be organized only once a month, if it'll start it must be finished in case of technical problems with the server can be displaced.
b) Unofficial:
An unofficial competition doesn't have to be prospective, there might not be any prizes - which must be told the competitors - or the prizes can be sponsored by other players. Only one person can organize that kind of competition, which has the right to do it if that person is deciding on beginning a competition it must be finished, in case of technical problems with the server the competition can be stopped during it. During an unofficial competition sending messages to everyone is possible if it doesn't bother anyone in the server, in the negative case the organiser must communicated with the competitors in other way, e.g yelling.

**Special character:
The rules:
- he/she cannot fight pvp, the exception is the arena.
- he/she cannot give free items to other players.
- he/she cannot hunt on monsters with other players as well as blocking them.
- he/she can only make sagas alone or with other special characters.
The rights:
- he/she has the right to play that character.
- he/she receives a couple of k of hp and ki on the very beginning
- he/she receives 130 train points on the very beginning
- he/she begins with 8 level
- he/she receives 100% of good karma
- he/she receives promotion time (z-fighter) on that character.
